The seminar titled “Bibliyotherapy and Books with Spiritual Freshener” was held on October 22, 2026 by 60+ Freshening University of Balıkesir.
Necatibey Educational Faculty Martyr Teacher attended the seminar held at Aybüke Yalçın Conference Hall, Dr. Öğr. Member Güliz Şahin was a speaker.
In the seminar, the spiritual good form of reading books, positive effects on personal development and psychological health were discussed. Bibliotherapy focused on the importance of individuals to increase emotional awareness, cope with stress and support quality of life.
The event was important for the creation of awareness for the contribution of individuals’ spiritual and social lives.
